Golden Crust began with a tiny oven, a borrowed kitchen, and one very simple belief: the best things are worth taking your time over.

Today, we still do it the old-fashioned way. Our dough rests overnight, our butter is never rushed, and every loaf gets a little extra care. It’s our way of making the everyday feel a bit more golden.
